At this point, most everyone has probably heard the latest right-wing conspiracy theory being pushed by those hoping to work their true believers into a demented lather.

From Tucker Carlson to far dimmer lights in the reactionary firmament like prominent college dropout Charlie Kirk to Republican Congress critters and Governor Patrick of Texas, the “Great Replacement” is the talk of the MAGA-verse, and likely will be for some time.

According to this theory — which animated the terrorist actions of El Paso Walmart shooter Patrick Crusius, among others — Democrats and the “globalist elite” are trying to “replace” white Americans with immigrants of color from Mexico, Central America, or most recently, Haiti.

For the globalists, this will produce higher profits by substituting higher-wage white workers with cheaper Black and brown ones.

For Democrats, replacing whites with immigrants of color will solidify their power. New migrants will reward Party overlords by voting for their candidates and then having kids who will do the same.
