Additionally, what she ignores (as most like her do) is that part of the reason that interracial crime is relatively low (in both directions, actually) is because of the history of segregation and systemic racism that has produced spatial distance between whites and Blacks in America, We tend to victimize those whom we're around. So one could argue that white people harming Black people via systemic racism is what explains the relative lack of white-on-Black homicide. You don't need personal violence to impose racial hierarchy when you have structured violence to do the job for you. Her argument is akin to saying "a rich person killing a poor person (via homicide) is rare..." and then braying about how rich people are thus no threat to the poor. Mmm-k.
