I see it occasionally, but more often the message that I need to refresh for a Live Page, because the page or system is offline, so "retry for live version" or something...plus the weird glitchy delay that happens when I check an essay's stats and get the brief message that says "story not eligible for earnings..." which then disappears once the sytem figures out oh, yes it is...weird how glitchy these things are...
