You do realize the irony don't you (no of course not), of quoting Booker T Washington to this effect? Keep in mind, when he said this (if it is an accurate quote), it would have been in the early 20th century. So do you think that even then, say, in the 1910s Black folks should have stopped complaining and only agitated against racism bc they wanted something to whine about? Or for job security? So you think even then there was no real problem with racism worth addressing? Because that is what this quote implies, and given the time in which it was said, it says a lot that you would be taken by it...
